In the characteristic Rione Monti, the beating heart of historical Rome, you can find Residenza Italia, a treasure of hospitality located on the third floor of a recently renovated 19th century building.
Our holiday apartment is perfect for families or groups visiting the Eternal City with its four bedrooms, each with private bathroom, to guarantee privacy and comfort for all our Guests. Facing onto a quiet cloister, and thanks to the double-glazed windows, the apartment is very peaceful.

The Residenza Italia holiday apartment is ideal for families and groups of friends visiting the Eternal City; in fact, it has 4 very peaceful, spacious double suites that have been elegantly furnished with parquet flooring, furniture, and prestigious comforts.
The apartment faces almost entirely over a delightful inner cloister – only one bedroom offers a street view – and all the bedrooms have been fitted with double-glazed windows to guarantee quality sleep.
Residenza Italia has a private entrance and refined relaxation area with comfortable armchairs and a charming desk, making the apartment the perfect refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, despite its location in the very heart of Rome’s historical city centre.
Each suite offers Guests an air conditioning system, minibar, satellite TV and private bathroom with a spacious shower and complementary toiletries.
The kitchen with high quality dishware and appliances will allow you to best organise your stay and guarantee a holiday of comfort and privacy.
The Services
Residenza Italia offers a unique holiday experience, thanks to its central position and the services at the disposal of our Guests.
As well as the comforts such as free Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, flat screen TV and air conditioning, our holiday home, in fact, also boasts a relaxation area where you can chill after an intense day of site-seeing around the Eternal City, and a kitchen complete with hob, dishware, and appliances for those Guests who wish to prepare their favourite meals and experiment some of the exquisite recipes of Roman cuisine.
To ensure your stay is as independent as possible, the apartment also has a washing machine, perfect for medium- and long-term stays.
Our Staff will be available to provide assistance throughout your stay, helping you hire scooters, cars and bicycles; book tickets for museums, exhibitions and events; and, finally, to give you all the information you need to experience Rome in the best way possible.
Furthermore, we also offer an airport shuffle service at an extra fee for transfer to and from Rome’s airports: Ciampino, 14 km away, and Fiumicino 30 km away.

Residenza Italia
Residenza Italia is located in Via Venezia 18, in the Rione Monti, one of the oldest and most characteristic areas of the Eternal City, next to Via Nazionale and the Palazzo delle Esposizioni.
This privileged position means that all of Rome’s most charming attractions are just a short, pleasant walk away through the characteristic streets of the city.
In fact, just a few steps away from our residence you will find the Teatro dell’Opera, the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore, the Traiano Markets, Piazza Venezia and the Vittoriano, Imperial Fora and the Colosseum – the symbol of Rome throughout the world.
The underground stations “Cavour” (Line B) and “Repubblica” (Line A) and various bus stops are located in the vicinity, making it even easier to visit other attractions such as Piazza di Spagna, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Piazza del Popolo, Castel Sant’Angelo, the Basilica di San Pietro and the Vatican.
